Pikes Peak Southern Christian Leadership Conference
The Pikes Peak Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) is a civil rights organization operating throughout the Pikes Peak region to unite people and help those facing discrimination and injustice.
It was founded and run by Martin Luther King Junior, and they still uphold MLK's values and principles today. Woodmen Valley Chapel wanted to rally around them, show their support, raise awareness, and encourage those who volunteer with the organization. The project was multi-faceted and involved the coordination of several volunteers and staff members.

As a social good project, Woodmen Valley Chapel wanted its interns to be able to help the Pikes Peak Southern Christian Leadership Conference paint a mural in their office space, so the design had to be simple and inviting.
We also worked to improve their website for better usability and visual appeal as well as interviewing and writing a story about the president of the organization, Henry Allen.
